Domaine Saint Daumary
Domaine Saint Daumary is located in Valflaunès, in the heart of Pic Saint Loup, an iconic terroir of the Languedoc. Founded in 1999 by Julien Chapel, a winemaker following in his father’s footsteps, it spans approximately 15 hectares.
The vineyards, cultivated using organic farming methods, are spread across three distinct areas—La Plaine, Gourdou, and Les Campasses. These three very specific terroirs give Domaine Saint Daumary a rich diversity and a distinct identity.
