L’Arbousé is a full-bodied rosé that captures the freshness of its terroir, with notes of red berries and citrus that evolve into spicy and mineral undertones. It is refreshing and rich on the palate, perfectly balanced, with a lovely texture and a harmonious finish… It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean or Asian cuisine!

Rated estate (2026 guide) 3*Stars (High-quality production, setting the standard in its sector)

About the estate:

This Valflaunès estate, nestled in the shadow of the imposing Pic Saint-Loup, was one of the pioneers of the quality revival in Languedoc. Xavier, representing the new generation of the Bruguière family, is exploring biodynamics and producing fresh, structured, and delicious reds. The distinctive white wine, Les Mûriers, is intended for fine dining. The estate made the bold decision to sell off part of its vineyards to refocus on the historic family-owned lands between Pic Saint-Loup and the Hortus massif. We love the sense of balance in its reds and its white, Les Mûriers.

Rated estate (2025 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About the estate:

Mas Bruguière is reached via a stunning road that winds its way between the cliffs of Hortus and Pic Saint-Loup. After taking over from his father Guilhem in 1999, Xavier Bruguière (the seventh generation) converted the family estate and its 11 hectares of vineyards to organic farming.

Rated estate (2026 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

This historic 12-hectare estate spans two areas: the Rocher de la Bergère, located directly beneath the Hortus cliff, and the Plaine, a north-facing terroir at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup. Xavier Bruguière is the seventh generation to lead the estate. The vineyards are meticulously maintained, and the wines are approachable and elegant, yet retain excellent aging potential.
