With its springtime color, golden with pearly green highlights, this Picpoul de Pinet reveals intense floral aromas accompanied by scents of white peach and exotic fruits. The attack on the palate is rich, giving way to a salivating liveliness. The lemony finish makes it the ideal companion for seafood platters!

Wanting to try a Picpoul to practice, I was very surprised. It's a far cry from the stereotype of Picpoul. It has roundness, moderate freshness, and beautiful aromatics. A lovely wine.

A pleasant surprise—I wasn't familiar with this appellation, which is very nice on fish.
