With its spring-like color—golden with pearlescent green highlights—this Picpoul de Pinet reveals intense floral aromas, accompanied by notes of white peach and exotic fruits. The attack on the palate is rich and indulgent, giving way to a lively, mouth-watering mid-palate. The lemony finish makes it the perfect pairing for seafood platters!

Wanting to try a Picpoul to get a feel for it, I was very surprised—it’s a far cry from the typical Picpoul. It has a rounded mouthfeel, moderate freshness, and lovely aromas. A beautiful wine.

What a nice surprise—I didn't know this term, which goes really well with fish.
