With its spring-like hue—golden with pearly green highlights—this Picpoul de Pinet reveals intense floral aromas, accompanied by notes of white peach and exotic fruits. The palate opens with a rich, indulgent flavor that gives way to a lively, mouth-watering acidity. Its lemony finish makes it the perfect companion for seafood platters!

Wanting to try a Picpoul to get a feel for the style, I was very surprised—this is a far cry from the typical Picpoul. It has a rounded mouthfeel, moderate freshness, and lovely aromas. A beautiful wine.

What a pleasant surprise—I hadn't heard of this term before, but it works really well with fish.
