A truly beautiful Chenin vintage—pure and aromatic!

Hachette Guide 2008 1 Star, Gilbert & Gaillard 86/100
Here is the estate's classic white wine. A Dry Anjou, 100% Chenin, grown on beautifully exposed slopes overlooking the Layon River. Here, the vines—which are about 60 years old—naturally limit yields and allow for optimal concentration in the grapes, which are hand-harvested in two passes. The winemaking process is meticulous, carried out in oak barrels, with aging on fine lees for 6 months. A pure white wine worth discovering, where Chenin expresses itself with beautiful aromatic precision!
