Philippe Alliet Estate
Domaine Philippe Alliet proudly represents the Chinon appellation, another Gem Loire Valley. Philippe Alliet and his wife Claude have been managing the estate’s vineyards with the utmost care since 1978. Domaine Philippe Alliet’s 17 hectares of vineyards are located in the towns of Chinon and Cravant-les-Coteaux. These various plots allow the estate to produce wines of great character, such as the “Vielles vignes” cuvée, made from 40- to 70-year-old vines in the Cravant plots, or the “L’Huisserie” and “Coteaux du Noiré” cuvées.

Philippe Alliet ’s Chinon wines truly elevate the Cabernet Franc grape variety on magnificent south-facing plots situated on clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils. The terroir is managed using sustainable viticulture practices, including carefully considered treatments, controlled yields, and hand-harvesting. The wines of Domaine Philippe Alliet are now true benchmarks in the Loire Valley!
