Philippe Alliet Estate
Domaine Philippe Alliet proudly represents the Chinon appellation, another Gem e of the Loire Valley. Philippe Alliet and his wife Claude have managed the estate’s vineyards with the utmost care since 1978. The 17 hectares of vineyards at Domaine Philippe Alliet are located in the towns of Chinon and Cravant-les-Coteaux. These various plots allow for the production of wines with great character, such as the “Vielles vignes” cuvée, made from 40- to 70-year-old vines in the Cravant plots, or the “L’Huisserie” and “Coteaux du Noiré” cuvées.

Philippe Alliet ’s Chinon wines literally elevate the Cabernet Franc grape variety on magnificent south-facing plots situated on clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils. The terroir is managed using sustainable viticulture practices, including carefully considered treatments, controlled yields, and hand-harvesting. The wines of Domaine Philippe Alliet are now true benchmarks in the Loire Valley!
