" Favorite real Favorite this vintage, offering superb value for money."
"Full of fruit and elegance, this sweet wine releases beautiful aromas of candied fruit and citrus on the nose, which then come to life on the palate, which is broad, full-bodied, rich without excess, with great persistence and freshness. Another remarkable Layon, which we would love to try with a citrus-flavored sea bass ceviche." (Le Guide Hachette 2026). Presence of tartar crystals which in no way alters the quality of the product, poured with care.

About wine:
Full of fruit and elegance, this sweet wine releases beautiful aromas of candied fruit and citrus on the nose, which then come to life on the palate with a broad, ample, rich but not excessive flavor, great persistence, and great freshness. Another remarkable wine, which would be perfect with a citrus-flavored sea bass ceviche.
About the estate:
This 28-hectare estate, run by the Davy family for five generations, is located on the Corniche Angevine between the Loire and Layon valleys. The old wine cellar is listed (17th century) and the cellar is housed in a disused coal mine, where the wines are left to mature. A sure bet in the Anjou wine region, often in the spotlight for its sweet wines, Coteaux-du-Layon and Quarts-de-Chaume in particular.
