Following the passing of his father, a charismatic figure in the global wine world, Jean-Philippe Blot took sole charge of the estate, supported by a close-knit team of winemakers and vineyard managers. This ensures, in the finest possible way, the continued success of this flagship estate in the French wine region, which stands out for wines that are consistently well-balanced, displaying great aromatic intensity and depth.

It was harvested at full ripeness, underwent spontaneous fermentation, and was bottled with residual sugar, so that the secondary fermentation in the bottle is driven by these natural sugars. “Triple zero” means that there was no chaptalization of the base wines, no addition of sugar to initiate the secondary fermentation, and no dosage. The golden color reflects slight aging; the nose bursts with the intense aroma of ripe yellow apple characteristic of Chenin Blanc, both cooked and fresh. The palate continues this theme of round, mellow apple—clean, bone-dry, and fresh, expressive and briny. It is a table wine with a lingering, smooth finish.

A comforting aroma of apples, baked lemons, quince zest, and brioche. Moderately full-bodied, with fine bubbles and lively acidity. Lively and agile with a mineral backbone. Dry and bright at the core, with good body. A flavorful and succulent finish. Ready to drink or worth cellaring.
