"A true masterpiece, this naturally sparkling wine of incomparable purity."
Triple Zero is made from grapes that are unusually ripe for sparkling wine production, without the use of chaptalization, tirage liqueur, or expedition liqueur. Produced without artifice, the result is a lively crémant of great purity with delicate bubbles. Undoubtedly a benchmark among Loire sparkling wines!

About wine:
This is a sparkling wine with light bubbles on the palate and a very pure citrus aroma.
About the estate:
Following the passing of his father, a charismatic figure in the world of wine, Jean-Philippe Blot took over the reins, supported by a close-knit technical and cultivation team. This ensured the continued success of this flagship French wine estate, renowned for its perfectly balanced wines with great aromatic intensity and depth.

About wine:
It was harvested at full maturity, fermented spontaneously, and bottled with residual sugar, so that the second fermentation in the bottle comes from these natural sugars. "Triple zero" means that there was no chaptalization of the base wines, no addition of sugar to start the second fermentation, and no dosage. The golden color reflects a slight evolution, and the nose is bursting with the intense flavor of ripe yellow apples from the Chenin Blanc, both cooked and fresh. The palate continues this theme of round, mellow apples, clean, bone dry and fresh, expressive and salty. It is a table wine with a lingering, smooth finish.
