Daniel Crochet
This family-owned estate, located between Bué and Sancerre, is now in the hands of the fourth generation and run by Daniel Crochet and his wife Véronique. Since 1996, the estate Daniel Crochet has expanded and now covers 9.75 hectares, with 6.37 hectares of Sauvignon and 3.38 hectares of Pinot Noir. This estate produces Sancerre wines of consistent quality year after year, while remaining true to the terroir’s distinctive character.

The Daniel Crochetvineyard consists primarily of two main soil types: the Terres Blanches, composed of clay and limestone, and the Caillottes, which are very stony and limestone-rich. The vineyards are managed using sustainable, biologically-oriented practices, without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides.
