François Crochet

François Crochet works in the Sancerre AOC in Marcigoué. He manages a vineyard covering just over 10 hectares of Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, divided into around thirty plots across four communes: Bué, Sancerre, Crézancy, and Thauvenay.

The entire Domaine François Crochet benefits from a wide variety of terroirs (limestone, clay-limestone, and flint). Half of the vines are grassed, the other half are worked: plowing, hoeing, scratching... The entire Domaine François Crochet is harvested manually and now produces a consistent, high-quality range of AOC Sancerre wines of great regularity.
