If you’ve never tried Eric Bordelet’s ciders or perries, it’s high time you did. With its lively and refreshing character, the "Brut" is perfect for light meals featuring cold cuts and cheeses, and even though it’s originally from Normandy, it’s obviously the ideal pairing for Breton galettes... A thirst-quenching cuvée!

This cider offers excellent value for money; it has that artisanal, unrefined quality—though very refined—that reminds me of the cider my Breton grandparents used to make. So far, I haven’t found that in any “commercial” ciders.

It may be rough around the edges, but it lacks the off-flavors and bitterness found in some coarse ciders.
