"The best of the Douro region in this complex port with a long fermentation process!"

"Deep garnet with a deep brick color at the rim, still very red after a long stay in barrel. Wonderfully fragrant: classic dried fruits are enhanced by hints of herbs and citrus. Initially silky, it has a slight grip on the finish. The alcohol is perfectly integrated and although the wine is sweet, it is also very fresh. Long, elegant, fruity. 2023-2032" (Jancis Robinson 2023)

Wine rated (2024 guide) 92/100

About wine:

New leather, cream, chocolate, caramel, cranberries, and dried cherries. Good weight and viscosity, with plenty of sweetness and acidity, resulting in a good balance. Slightly viscous on the palate, medium-bodied to full-bodied. The alcohol is well concealed. Ready to drink now.
