Château Saint-Hilaire
As early as the late 18th century, vines were being cultivated on the lands of Château Saint-Hilaire. It was in 1973 that the estate truly became a winery when Yves Lapierre, succeeding his father, took over the property.
The family legacy inspired Château Saint-Hilaire to create great wines and make the most of the terroir’s unique character.
Located between Montagne Sainte Victoire and the Alpilles Mountains, Château Saint-Hilaire practices organic farming on 60 hectares within the Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation and the IGP Méditerranée region.
