Château Saint-Hilaire
Vines were already being cultivated on the Château Saint-Hilaire estate at the end of the 18th century. It was in 1973 that the estate truly became a wine-producing property when Yves Lapierre took over from his father.
The family heritage inspired Château Saint Hilaire to create great wines and make the most of the terroir's unique characteristics.
Located between Montagne Sainte Victoire and the Alpilles mountains, Château Saint Hilaire practices organic farming on 60 hectares in the Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation and the Mediterranean IGP.
