Château Miraval
Owned by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt since 2008, the Miraval vineyard covers 30ha in AOC Côtes de Provence, AOC Coteaux Varois and Vin de France (reds only).
The Perrin family, owners of the renowned Château Beaucastel in Châteauneuf du Pape, have been in charge of vineyard operations and wine production at Château de Miraval since 2011.
Although the estate confirms that its vineyards are organically farmed, the wines have not been certified organic since the 2012 vintage, as some of the grapes may come from the négociant, who is not always certified.
Château de Miraval produces a range of 4 wines: a Côtes de Provence rosé, a Côtes de Provence white, a Coteaux Varois white and a Vin de France red.
Once vinified, the wines are bottled by the Perrin family, who use top-quality equipment to ensure optimum dissolved oxygen levels during the process.

How did the owners achieve such a high level of perfection in such a short space of time?Soil knowledge for unrivalled expertise
The Perrin family, who originally worked in the Vaucluse region, put all their know-how into making Miraval wine. The cultivated soils are clay-limestone.
