"The phoenix of the hosts of these vines".

"Phénix is one of the top three wines of Baux-de-Provence" (Bettane+Desseauve 2025) Very complex, combining the minerality of its terroir with tertiary notes and fresh fruit, it combines greatness and happiness!

Bettane & Desseauve

Wine rated (2025 guide) 97/100

Domaine rated (2015 guide) 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))

About the domain :

The ten or so hectares planted on this north-facing slope of the Alpilles, on clay-limestone soils, produce increasingly accomplished reds that can evolve well over time, with a freshness on the finish that's just right. Neil Joyce can be proud of his latest vintages.
