"A festival of spring flavours
La Stèle 2024, made by bleeding and direct pressing, is characterized by a beautiful expression combining nervousness and roundness. Floral and delicate on the nose, it is lightly structured on the palate with notes of ripe strawberries, citrus fruit and fresh mint.

About the domain :
In the heart of a magnificent landscape on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, this 300-hectare family estate, including 52 hectares of vines and 28 hectares of olive groves, boasts draining soils perfect for viticulture. Now run by two sisters, Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, the former of whom is the current and very dynamic president of the appellation, the estate's wines are one of the finest expressions of Baux-de-Provence. Gourmet, they combine body and lightness with great elegance.

A simple, light summer rosé with a marked liveliness and a certain roundness, moderately aromatic with notes of crushed strawberry and raspberry, and a medium-fresh finish with a hint of bitterness and herbaceous nuances. All this lacks a little drive and intensity. With such a profile, it won't do any harm as an aperitif or with hors-d'oeuvres.
