"A festival of spring flavors"
La Stèle 2024, produced using the saignée and direct pressing methods, is characterized by a beautiful expression combining liveliness and roundness. The nose is floral and delicate, and it is slightly structured on the palate with notes of ripe strawberries, citrus fruits, and fresh mint.

Rated estate (2023 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
Set amid magnificent scenery on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, this 300-hectare family estate, comprising 52 hectares of vines and 28 hectares of olive trees, boasts well-drained soils that are ideal for viticulture. Now run by two sisters, Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, the former being the current and very dynamic president of the appellation, the estate's wines are considered to be among the finest expressions of Baux-de-Provence. Delicious, they combine body and lightness with great elegance.

Note and opinion by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 08/22/2025
A simple, light summer rosé with marked liveliness and a certain roundness, with moderate aromatics and notes of crushed strawberries and raspberries. A moderately fresh finish marked by a slight bitterness and herbaceous nuances. All of this lacks a little zest and intensity. With this profile, it would be fine as an aperitif or with appetizers.
