Château Henri Bonnaud
Stéphane Spitzglou, who represents the 3rd generation of peasant winemakers on the estate, took over from his grandfather, Henri Bonnaud, in 1996. As a tribute to the man who taught him everything, he christened the estate Château Henri Bonnaud and vinified his first cuvées in 2004, imbued with tradition, passion and Provencal sunshine. In 2010, he began converting the 24-hectare estate to organic farming. Château Henri Bonnaudincluding 14 hectares of AOC Palette. 

The terroir of Château Henri Bonnaud is made up of limestone scree, nestled in a natural amphitheater, protected from the Mistral by the Langesse and Grand Cabri hills and the Cengle and Sainte-Victoire mountains.
