Château Henri Bonnaud
As the third generation of family winemakers on the estate, Stéphane Spitzglou took over from his grandfather, Henri Bonnaud, in 1996. As a tribute to the man who taught him everything, he named the estate Henri Bonnaud Castle and in 2004 produced his first vintages, imbued with tradition, passion, and the Provençal sun. In 2010, he began converting the 24 hectares of the Henri Bonnaud Castle, including 14 hectares in the Palette AOC.
The terroir of the Henri Bonnaud Castle consists of a limestone scree slope, nestled in a natural amphitheater, sheltered from the mistral by the Langesse and Grand Cabri hills and by the Cengle and Sainte-Victoire mountains.
