This white wine is made from 40% Viognier, 40% Roussanne, and 20% Clairette. Part of the Roussanne underwent 10 days of skin maceration for greater aromatic intensity. This cuvée has a fresh, floral nose with notes of exotic fruits, offering a generous and refreshing palate. This Ardèche white wine has a holiday feel to it and is perfect for enjoying with local goat's cheese.

Rated estate Selected (An estate or winery that impressed us with one or more wines from its production, without us being able to give an overall opinion on the style of the entire range)

About the estate:

The estate's success demonstrates the potential of this sector in southern Ardèche, which has long been overlooked but is now gaining in reputation and quality. On the rounded pebble terroirs at the confluence of the Rhône and Ardèche rivers, the biodynamically cultivated vines of Mas de Libian produce wines that surprise with their purity of fruit, sincerity, and concentration, while remaining fresh.

A very elegant wine, with white fruit flavors, well-balanced and lovely length on the palate.
