Les Cailloux Estate - André Brunel
This family-owned estate, dating back to the 17th century, is led by André Brunel, who took over the Les Cailloux estate in 1971 and decided to eliminate all pesticides, allowing the entire vineyard to grow wild.

Today, the André Brunel estate, better known abroad than in France, ranks among the elite of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The Les Cailloux vineyard spans three appellations: the flagship appellation is, of course, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with 21 hectares featuring varied soils—rounded pebbles, sand, and clay; Côtes du Rhône, with 40 hectares of vines on sandy-clay alluvial soils; and Vin de Pays de Vaucluse, with 30 hectares of vines on river alluvial soils. The Les Cailloux vineyard is primarily planted with Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault for red wines, and Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette for white wines.

In 2012, Fabrice Brunel, the son of André Brunel, joined theLes Cailloux estate.
