Gilbert & Gaillard

“Deep color, just beginning to develop. Forest-like aromas (humus, leather, mushrooms) against a backdrop of berries. Balanced, full-bodied, and elegant on the palate, successfully highlighting spicy and fruity notes. The palate remains lively and fresh. A style executed with mastery.” (Le Guide des Vins 2017 - Gilbert & Gaillard)

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated estate (2017 guide): 3*Stars (High-quality production that serves as a benchmark in its sector)

About the estate:

We are delighted to have lent a helping hand to this estate, which was relatively unknown until recently but has, since 2011, demonstrated a consistent style that places it at the forefront of the appellation. In this southern vineyard block, the Grenache grapes take on the finesse of Pinot or Cinsault, with a refined texture that will delight connoisseurs accustomed to fine Burgundies. The aging process has improved even further this year.
