The Domaine Vincent Paris is located at the southern tip of the village of Cornas. This young winemaker has been running his own business since 1997 and got his start thanks to a precious inheritance from his grandfather: 1 hectare of vineyards. In 2007, he acquired the famous La Geynale plot from the renowned producer Robert Michel. Today, Vincent Paris cultivates 6.6 hectares of vineyards, nearly 5 of which fall under the Cornas appellation.

To craft his wines, Vincent Paris blends grapes from his various plots and draws inspiration from their remarkable slopes to name the wines: Granit 30 and Granit 60. Only La Geynale is vinified separately. Domaine Vincent Paris does not practice organic viticulture but follows a sustainable pest management approach, using treatments authorized by certifying bodies. Due to the difficulty of accessing the vineyards because of the steep slopes, the soil is not plowed and is weeded only once in the spring. Organic matter is provided by the vine shoots left between the rows after rigorous pruning. Domaine Vincent Paris maintains limited yields for the production of its Syrah.

The Domaine Vincent Paris lineupconsists of five wines: the IGP Ardèche white, the Saint Joseph, the Cornas Granit 30, the Cornas Granit 60, and the Cornas La Geynale.
