"Fruit, mocha and peppercorns!"

A fine representative of Costières de Nîmes reds! Fresh black fruit, plum, pepper with very "garrigue" notes. The palate is energetic, with lots of fruit and structure! A pleasant finish with chocolate accents.

Domaine rated 1*Star (A serious, recommendable production, in line with what one has the right to expect from its appellation(s))

About the domain :

In 2004, Pascal Glas decided to take over the family vineyards after more than twenty years of winemaking in cooperative wineries in the south of France. Situated on the north-western edge of the Costières de Nîmes appellation, he makes straightforward, honest wines with exemplary balance and purity of fruit. The wines are thirst-quenching, with great depth of fruit, without ever being overdone.

Powerful, fresh and peppery, with black fruit and a fine touch of blackcurrant and plum that run through this nectar, I really like it, and above all what I was hoping for, very typical of Costière de Nîmes.
