About the wine:
Already a Favorite e for the 2019 rosé version of this same vintage, this 2021 has won over the tasters. A lovely carmine color, with a rather modest first impression, conceals an open, rich bouquet of ripe black cherries and heady floral notes (broom). This intensity carries over to the palate, which is concentrated, luscious, and finely structured by velvety tannins that prolong a savory fruitiness with hints of stewed strawberries. About the estate:
Eager to strike out on her own, this winemaker founded her winery in 2012 (19 ha) on her father’s land, which had been converted to organic farming. She produces Côtes-du-Rhône and IGP Méditerranée wines.
