"Four grape varieties are blended in this full-bodied, warm cuvée with hints of blueberries, blackberries, and spices. These sweet, candied, warm aromas are reflected in a supple palate, set with silky tannins and enhanced by a delicately floral (violet) finish. A charming, convivial wine to be enjoyed now." (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) Excellent value for money.

About the estate:
This estate, renowned for its consistent quality, particularly its Lirac wines in all three colors and its Tavel wines, was founded in 1950 by Armand Maby. In 2005, his grandson Richard took over the reins of the vineyard, 53 hectares located mainly on the rounded pebbles of the Vallongue plateau; the vines are cultivated "naturally" and have been in conversion to organic farming since 2019. Since 2011, the eminent Rhône oenologist Philippe Cambie has been advising the estate.
