On the palate, the sun-kissed character of the Grenache comes to the fore: a smooth, rich texture, velvety tannins, a pleasant roundness, and a long, licorice-tinged finish. A full-bodied red that is already voluptuous.

About the estate:

Formerly owned by the Flemish songwriter Robert Herberigs, this 28-hectare estate in the Ardèche (certified organic) has been run since 1998 by Roland Terrasse, his grandson. It owes its name to the “dove-white” stone used to build the Directoire-style château. Often in the spotlight for its Côtes-du-Rhône and Villages wines.
