Firm tannins with aging potential lend structure to a concentrated, full-bodied, and long-lasting palate, which becomes warmer on the finish with its sunny notes of toasted thyme and immortelle. Patience is key.

About the estate:

Formerly owned by the Flemish songwriter Robert Herberigs, this 28-hectare estate in the Ardèche (certified organic) has been run since 1998 by Roland Terrasse, his grandson. It owes its name to the “dove-white” stone used to build the Directoire-style château. Often in the spotlight for its Côtes-du-Rhône and Villages wines.
