Medium-deep to deep purple-red color. On the nose, it is almost reminiscent of a young Beaujolais Cru. An explosion of ripe red and dark fruit. Also some earthy notes and hints of fresh pastry dough. On the palate, that explosive red and dark fruit returns. Deliciously juicy, crisp, and ripe. A firm tannin structure with soft, fine-grained tannins. Nice grip, freshness, body, character, and aging potential. Score: 16+/20
