A wine that is so typical of Vignon, drawing out the quintessence of Cinsault, a wine that is very characteristic of the Rhône but at the same time a smooth wine with substance, powdery tannins, red fruit and a freshness that is not at all aggressive but which counterbalances the underlying alcohol. A strong hand in a velvet glove, an astonishing wine that can accompany many dishes. For my part, I would pair it with roast chicken and French fries cooked in beef fat. Decanting for 30 minutes does it good. It's a real treat. 4.6
