Domaine de Grangeneuvre - Grignan-les-Adhémar Terre d'Épices 2023
2*Coup de Coeur
Hachette
"A devilishly delicious vintage"
A true must-have from the estate, this cuvée embodies the perfect balance between Grenache and Syrah through its typical character, roundness, and generosity. Its evocative name reveals a rich and flattering bouquet of sweet spices, incense, ripe red and black fruits, and garrigue aromatics. With beautiful suppleness on the palate, this wine reveals a lovely balance, a sensation of volume and roundness, and a pleasant freshness from the mid-palate to the finish. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spices, and toasted notes are faithful to the bouquet. The tannins, which are quite numerous, are fine and already quite well integrated.

Well done, a pleasant wine with a good finish, but it needs to age to acquire perfect depth.
