Domaine de Grangeneuvre - Grignan-les-Adhémar Terre d'Épices 2023

“A devilishly delicious vintage”
A true standout of the estate, this cuvée embodies the perfect balance between Grenache and Syrah through its distinctive character, roundness, and richness. Its evocative name hints at a rich, alluring bouquet of sweet spices, incense, ripe red and black fruits, and garrigue herbs. With lovely suppleness right from the first sip, this wine reveals a beautiful balance, a sensation of volume and roundness, and a lovely freshness from the mid-palate through to the finish. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spices, and toasted notes are true to the bouquet. The tannins, quite abundant, are fine and already well-integrated.

It’s a well-made, pleasant wine with a nice finish, but it needs to age to develop its full depth.
