"A devilishly delicious vintage"
A true must-try from the estate, this cuvée embodies the perfect balance between Grenache and Syrah through its distinctive character, roundness, and richness. Its evocative name hints at a rich and alluring bouquet of sweet spices, incense, ripe red and black fruits, and garrigue herbs. With lovely suppleness right from the first sip, this wine reveals a beautiful balance, a sensation of volume and roundness, and a lovely freshness from the mid-palate through the finish. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spices, and toasty notes are consistent with the bouquet. The tannins, which are quite abundant, are fine and already well-integrated.

It's a well-made, pleasant wine with a nice finish, but it needs to age to develop its full depth.
