“A devilishly delicious vintage”

A true must-try from the estate, this cuvée embodies the perfect balance between Grenache and Syrah through its distinctive character, roundness, and richness. Its evocative name hints at a rich, alluring bouquet of sweet spices, incense, ripe red and black fruits, and garrigue herbs. With beautiful suppleness right from the first sip, this wine reveals a lovely balance, a sensation of volume and roundness, and a pleasant freshness from the mid-palate through the finish. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spices, and toasted notes are true to the bouquet. The tannins, quite abundant, are fine and already well-integrated.

It’s a well-made, pleasant wine with a nice finish, but it needs to age to develop its full depth.
