I drank it with a plate of oven-roasted pork shoulder—slow-roasted for four hours—and it paired excellently, with fruity notes, liveliness, and a rich, indulgent palate. It offers excellent value for the price. I regret not ordering more a few months ago, but I wanted to try it first.
