The emblem of the Cévennes region in Ardèche, Chatus is presented here in a "haute couture" style. Le Temps qui reste is served in Michelin-starred establishments such as Bocuse and Pic. Rediscover this forgotten grape variety with its strong character and surprising charisma. Powerful and tannic, this red wine offers notes of black fruits, prunes, leather, quince paste, and cigar. Deep, it should be enjoyed after at least half a day of aeration. Intriguing, original, and full-bodied are the key words for this Ardèche red.

Interesting for discovering a little-known grape variety, but it must be said that the value for money is not there.
