age-worthy wine
haute couture

An emblem of the Ardèche Cévennes, the Chatus grape is presented here in a "haute couture" style. Le Temps qui reste is thus featured in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Bocuse and Pic... Rediscover this forgotten grape variety with its strong character and surprising charm. Powerful and tannic, this red wine offers notes of black fruit, prunes, leather, quince paste, and cigar. Deep and complex, it is best enjoyed after at least half a day of aeration. Intriguing, original, and full-bodied are the hallmarks of this Ardèche red.

It's a good way to discover a lesser-known grape variety, but it has to be said that the value for money isn't quite there
