“A well-balanced wine with richness and freshness”

An elegant and appetizing white Tavel. On the nose, it is refined, with notes of exotic fruits, lime, and quince. On the palate, it is alluring, lively, delicate, and slightly briny, with a full-bodied and rich finish.

Rated estate (2026 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)

About the estate:

At the dawn of the 20th century, the 17th-century Château de Manissy was bequeathed by the Lafarge family—who mined Tavel stone—to the missionary fathers of the Holy Family. It was these fathers who began cultivating vines on this land to supply their community and the surrounding parishes. In 2003, they entrusted management of the estate to Florian André, a young man from Tavel. Cultivated organically, the vineyard now covers 55 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Tavel, Lirac, and Côtes-du-Rhône.
