“A well-balanced wine with richness and freshness”
An elegant and appealing white Tavel. On the nose, it is refined, with notes of exotic fruits, lime, and quince. On the palate, it is seductive, lively, delicate, and slightly briny, with a full-bodied and rich finish.

About the estate:
At the dawn of the 20th century, the 17th-century Château de Manissy was bequeathed by the Lafarge family—who mined Tavel stone—to the missionary fathers of the Holy Family. It was these fathers who first began cultivating vines on this land to supply their community and the surrounding parishes. In 2003, they entrusted the management of the estate to Florian André, a young man from Tavel. Cultivated organically, the vineyard now covers 55 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Tavel, Lirac, and Côtes-du-Rhône.
