Bursting with black and red fruits and minty notes, this lovely southern blend—comprising 65% Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Cinsault, and Carignan—fills the glass with its intoxicating aroma. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, it showcases all the character of the region’s wines. A fine example of the Lirac appellation, it pairs perfectly with a delicious grilled red meat!

About the estate:

Located in Tavel, on the finest terroirs of the Lirac AOC, Domaine du Joncier spreads its 32 hectares of vineyards across large plots bordered by forests—ancient Rhône terraces, so to speak—covered with massive rounded pebbles. Marine Roussel is a determined winemaker. On her Lirac vineyard, she cultivates her vines using biodynamic methods and carefully controls yields to produce wines with character.
