Domaine des Bernardins, a 25-hectare family estate, is located on the southern slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail in a dream setting. Elisabeth and Andrew Hall, and their son Romain, are committed to making this family history even greater. To achieve this, they work in accordance with the national reference system for sustainable agriculture, using manual methods in the vineyard whenever possible.
