La Collière Estate
Domaine La Collière is the domain of Georges Perrot, a passionate winemaker who began his career working alongside his father-in-law, who passed on to him his expertise, his meticulousness, and his love of the vineyard. By 2000, Georges Perrot was managing 15 hectares of vineyards in the towns of Rasteau and Buisson, and his meeting with André Roméro in 2002—who leased him his cellar—enabled him to produce his first vintages and mark the birth of Domaine La Collière.

At Domaine La Collière, Georges Perrot works with meticulous rigor: strict selection carried out with the utmost care, environmentally responsible winemaking practices, and traditional vinification techniques result in Côtes-du-Rhône wines with subtle aromas—wines he believes are worthy of being presented to wine enthusiasts. Thanks to the acquisition of a new plot in 2004, Georges Perrot began producing Rasteau, an officially recognized and classified appellation. Domaine La Collière now offers a complete range of wines, all meticulously crafted and of the highest quality.
