About the estate:

The Gripa family arrived in Saint-Péray in the 17th century and then settled in Mauves around 1850. A trusted name in the northern Rhône Valley, both for its Saint-Péray and Saint-Joseph wines (as evidenced by the numerous “ Favorites ” awards received in both appellations), the estate has been run since 2001 by Fabrice Gripa, son of Bernard, who now oversees 18 hectares of vineyards.

Fabrice Gripa carries on his father’s legacy at the sole Mauves estate, which produces as many white wines as reds. He has a perfect command of his craft, crafting various cuvées with distinct personalities. The whites stand out in four cuvées: two Saint-Péray and two Saint-Joseph. The reds, meanwhile, are fruit-forward, with structure and admirable aging management. A consistent estate producing wines of very high quality.
