"A Tavel that has it all!"

Richness and freshness define this Tavel classic. A true explosion of red berries on both the nose and the palate, this lively and succulent wine reveals notes of red berries, strawberries, and raspberries, accompanied by subtle herbaceous hints and a lovely freshness on the finish. This wine is the perfect pairing for “sweet-and-savory” dishes.

Guide Hachette des vins

Rated estate (2026 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)

About the estate:

At the dawn of the 20th century, the 17th-century Château de Manissy was bequeathed by the Lafarge family—who mined Tavel stone—to the missionary fathers of the Holy Family. It was these fathers who began cultivating vines on this land to supply their community and the surrounding parishes. In 2003, they entrusted management of the estate to Florian André, a young man from Tavel. Cultivated organically, the vineyard now covers 55 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Tavel, Lirac, and Côtes-du-Rhône.
