Refined notes of acacia, white peach, pear, and citrus, enhanced by delicate honey, vanilla, verbena, and a hint of fennel.

A full-bodied, velvety texture, balanced by a lively minerality and brininess. Flavors of ripe pear, citrus zest, honeyed almond, and white flowers linger on a long, pure, and elegant finish.
