"A great summer rosé!"

A Ventoux rosé made from an equal blend of Cinsault and Caladoc, with a salmon color and golden highlights. Its floral fragrance opens with red berries, a touch of spice and a hint of toast. On the palate, it's full-bodied, fresh and greedy, with aromas of stewed red fruit and sweet spices that enhance the whole.

Domaine rated 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)

About the domain :

The Ventoux is home to a new chapter in the professional life of Laurence and Patrick Chêne. This twenty-year-old project is based in an 18th-century farmhouse at the foot of the famous Ventoux mountain. With a strong sense of conviction and unwavering faith, this couple with a passion for country life and Provence have brought together the region's all-too-frequently neglected grape varieties. Hundred-year-old vines, a cellar that respects traditions without forgetting innovations, with the discerning eye of a certain Jérome Bressy: the answer is in the glass, relevant and clear-sighted for four vintages. In addition to the usual varieties, a little cinsault and fine counoise complete a successful blend, matured in cement and wood.
