This fresh and aromatic cuvée is made from four southern grape varieties, including 40% Viognier, as well as Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Clairette. The nose opens with a lovely bouquet of white flowers and citrus. Supported by lovely acidity, the palate is lively and bursting with citrus, white fruits, and exotic fruits. About the estate:

This family-run estate, now in its third generation, produces a wide range of full-bodied wines on some 70 hectares, in a modern and ambitious style that ranks them among the must-try wines of the Ventoux region. Now managed by Frédéric and Alexandre Chaudière, the vineyard features nine grape varieties grown on clay-limestone gravel slopes at an elevation of 300 meters. The wines are crafted with care.

About the estate:

The history of this estate began in the 1970s, when the Chaudière grandparents restored the château and part of the vineyard. Paul and Edith then set the course by leaving the cooperative and focusing on terroir selection. Since 2000, their sons, Frédéric and Alexandre, have been steering the future of this vast vineyard. We are captivated by the stylistic shift in the wines: they have truly gained in finesse and flavor, and beautifully reflect the freshness of the terroir.
