"Post Scriptum is a 'Little Siberia' that doesn't say its name (RVF)"

Hervé Bizeul, believing that the 2023 vintage from his vineyard—which usually produces the “Petite Sibérie”—would not measure up to his flagship wine, decided not to produce it. In the end, after vinifying the harvest anyway, he noticed that while the wine lacked length, it still possessed magnificent potential. To avoid any regrets, he crafted it with just as much love and precision as usual. The result is an elegant, velvety wine, rich and complex, that will pair wonderfully with a filet mignon of venison!

About the estate:

Hervé Bizeul, a winemaker and maverick writer, has little left to prove, as his estate ranks among the elite of Roussillon. That doesn’t stop him from continually challenging himself, exploring new avenues, innovating, thinking outside the box, and creating new vintages. A prime example is his Pinot Noir, which appeared out of nowhere and bravely withstands the harsh sun and the tramontane winds of the Agly Valley. Here, each cuvée displays a personality all its own—sometimes uncompromising—much like its winemaker. Across no fewer than seven different terroirs, a serious and diverse interpretation of Roussillon takes shape. A model of its kind.

About the wine:

Post Scriptum is a “Little Siberia” in all but name. Very full-bodied and still marked by its aging, this cuvée combines great ambition with remarkable drinkability even in its youth.
