A 12-hectare high-altitude vineyard, the Clot de l'Oum estate is certified organic.
The soil is primarily granite, with some schist and gneiss. Thanks to the diversity of microclimates and exposures, each of the Clot de l'Oum estate’s wines has its own unique identity.
