Robert Parker
"The 2013 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Segna de Cor is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah aged in concrete vats. Ink/purple in color, it offers vibrant notes of black and blue fruits, licorice, and spicy aromas, with medium-bodied richness and a fresh, clean finish. It should be accessible upon release and over the next 3 to 5 years." (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2024 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, those who are the pride of French vineyards)
About the estate:
Bright. That is surely the adjective that best describes Roc des Anges, both in terms of the style of the wines and the modern, attractive winery owned by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet. They built their estate from scratch, and today it covers 45 hectares of vineyards. The wines are very drinkable, with relatively low alcohol levels for the region, where careful viticulture and intelligent harvesting dates prevent any heaviness in the wines. Biodynamics explains part of this originality for the Roussillon, as does the very special terroir of Montner, with its very fine schist that behaves like sand. This estate regularly provides us with some of the most beautiful dry wines in the entire department.
