About the wine:

A Syrah with carmine-colored highlights and notes of black fruit and forest floor. On the palate, it offers a nice tannic structure and finishes with a mineral note.

About the estate:

Acquired in 1992 by the Bertrand family, this 50-hectare estate, nestled against the hills of Castelnou, proudly features superb, well-restored 13th-century buildings. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2013.

It's a wine in which the Syrah aroma is too subdued for my taste.
