“The perfect companion for grilling!”

“A robust, concentrated, and flavorful red wine, with aromas of black cherries, dried thyme, toasted rosemary, and baking spices. Medium-bodied to full-bodied, with fine, firm tannins. Textured and well-structured, with a dense core of black berries and spices at its heart and a lively, peppery finish of excellent length.” (James Suckling 2024)

Review by Mr. GILLES D. Published on August 1, 2025

A delightful little gem at an affordable price. Notes of cherry jam, licorice, and pepper come through in a smooth, supple, and relatively light palate, with tight, refined tannins. A medium-length finish with a hint of spice. Less assertive than its label suggests, this easy-drinking wine is so approachable that you’ll have no hesitation in sharing it with Iberian pork tapas and/or grilled Catalan merguez and chorizo. Rating = 3.8.
