Les Terres de Fagayra
Les Terres de Fagayra was created in 2008 by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet in Maury, who also own the Le Roc des Anges estate in Montner.
The Les Terres de Fagayra vineyard covers 6 hectares of old vines on the northern edge of the Maury appellation, on two types of soil: pure schist and calco-schist, notable for the presence of highly decomposed bedrock less than a meter below the surface.
Exclusively dedicated to the production of Maury Appellation Vins Doux Naturels, work in the vineyard has included shallow plowing and organic treatments since 2009. In 2011, Les Terres de Fagayra obtained certification for its conversion to organic farming from Qualité France and for the biodynamic cultivation of the entire vineyard.
In November 2025, they handed over the reins to Thibault Ponthier.
