Les Terres de Fagayra

Les Terres de Fagayra was founded in 2008 by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet in Maury; they also own the Le Roc des Anges estate in Montner.

The vineyard of Les Terres de Fagayra comprises 6 hectares of old vines on the northern edge of the Maury appellation, on two types of soil: pure schist and calcareous schist, notable for the presence of highly weathered bedrock less than one meter below the surface.

Dedicated exclusively to the production of Maury Appellation Vins Doux Naturels, vineyard management has included shallow plowing and organic treatments since 2009. In 2011, Les Terres de Fagayra received certification from Qualité France for its conversion to organic farming and for managing the entire vineyard using biodynamic methods.Since November 2025, they have handed over the reins to Thibault Ponthier.
