Les Terres de Fagayra
Les Terres de Fagayra, founded in 2008 by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet in Maury, who also own the Le Roc des Anges estate in Montner.
The vineyard of Les Terres de Fagayra comprises 6 hectares of old vines on the northern edge of the Maury appellation, on two types of soil: pure schist and calcareous schist, notable for the presence of highly decomposed bedrock less than a meter below the surface.
Dedicated exclusively to the production of Maury Appellation Natural Sweet Wines, vineyard management has included shallow plowing and organic treatments since 2009. In 2011, Les Terres de Fagayra obtained certification for its conversion to organic farming from Qualité France and for the biodynamic management of the entire vineyard.
Since November 2025, they have handed over the reins to Thibault Ponthier.
