Des Vins d'Envie is the story of a meeting between Guillaume LAVIE and
Maxime DANCOINE, both winemakers in Savoie, who shared a desire to make wine together.
But not just any wine: Des Vins d'Envie is a
wine made from grapes grown using organic and/or biodynamic farming methods, carefully crafted by both of them as if it were their own production.
But their goal doesn’t stop there; from the very beginning of this adventure, it was essential for Guillaume and Maxime
to create wines that are good, authentic, free of additives, and above all, affordable for everyone!
Des Vins d'Envie are wines from France or the Savoie AOP made from Mondeuse, Jacquère, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Roussane—authentic wines, free from preconceptions, that aim to break the mold so that everyone, whether a connoisseur or not, can enjoy sharing these wines.
