The king of Savoie’s grape varieties, this Mondeuse reveals a full-bodied nose where fruit is accented by spicy notes, with a bouquet of violets, elderflower, graphite, and smoked bacon. Its delicious palate delights with voluptuous body and a fresh, crisp texture shaped by its tannic structure. A Mondeuse that’s simply marvelous!

Review by Mr. HUGUES G. Published on September 3, 2022

To start with, you should clearly state in bold that this is a natural wine, with all that entails. Anomalies: a finish with notes of gouache and stable. Furthermore, your description of this wine is inaccurate—color, nose, and palate. Natural wines are a scam. There are fake connoisseurs for this type of wine, but it’s an exploitation of vulnerable people. There would never have been any great wines without a minimum amount of sulfur. Pure heresy.
